It complies with the national standards GB4156-84 "Metallic Cup Bulge Test Method" and GB/T 4156-2007 "Metallic Sheet and Strip Erikson Cup Bulge Test Method". Special ordering configurations can also achieve the standard GB5125-85 "Test Method for Non ferrous Metal Punching Cups" with corresponding tooling and accessories.

The main feature of GBW-60Z is that the accuracy of the cup protrusion value reaches 0.01mm, and the control accuracy of the main loading test force reaches 1N. The loading method of the main test force adopts hydraulic tightening, servo closed-loop control, equal speed, electronic mechanical loading, and uses spoke type sensors and high-precision encoders for information transmission. This ensures the testing accuracy of the main test force, the accuracy of controlling the fracture of the specimen, and the measurement accuracy of the cupping value.
